Speed Session Documentary
Novo documentário da NN Running Team, sobre o treino de
velocidade.
Das coisas que mais sinto falta, hoje em dia, na corrida, é
de treinar na pista.
E mais do que treinar sozinho no Jamor, é recordar os treinos
de velocidade no Monte da Galega com os RB Running.
E haverá sempre um treino que não vou esquecer: o Alexandre Monteiro a puxar por mim numa última série!

Campeonato Nacional de Estrada/Corrida com os Campeões: prova superada! Semana bem complicada da Inês e uma gripe, com apenas um treino na segunda, não auguravam grande coisa para hoje... primeiros 5 quilómetros no objectivo definido mas demasiado no redline, não dava para manter até pelas dificuldades respiratórias. Valeu pelos Amigos que encontrei, por correr em casa e sobretudo por ter a presença dos meus pais a assistir!
