São Silvestre de Lisboa: prova superada! Que grande regresso desta prova à capital! Tanta gente na rua a apoiar, milhares a correr! Um gosto ter participado! Parabéns ao @hugo_miguel_sousa (que apesar do apelido, não é familiar :)) e à sua excelente equipa @hms_sports1 ! Uma organização de nível internacional a que já estamos habituados e só eles saberão o quão difícil será organizar uma prova destas, nas circunstâncias que todos conhecemos! Quanto à minha prova, o melhor foi ter reencontrado o @pjgabriel1974 e termos feito o aquecimento juntos. Deu para matar saudades! Grande Prémio de Natal: prova superada! Em 2007, foi a primeira vez que participei, já o GP Natal ia na sua 50@ edição! Relembrar os tempos em que ia às provas pela sugestão e na companhia do meu bom Amigo @joseeduardoteofilobraga ! Saudades! Depois da prova de ontem, não pensava em grandes acelerações. Uma arreliadora dor de burro até aos 4km também não permitiu grandes andamentos. A partir daí deu para soltar um pouco mais e lá fui encontrando mais uns amigos da corrida! Os últimos 2 km é deixar ir e até deu para fazer o segundo melhor tempo da época! Sobretudo mais uma prova concluída numa semana de balda aos treinos! São Silvestre de Almada: prova superada! Semana de descompressão e de foco noutros assuntos mais importantes que a corrida. Zero treinos, perdendo o embalo que trazia. Hoje o intuito era apenas regressar a Almada e curtir a prova. Demos início à época das São Silvestres! Inscrevi-me todos os anos nesta prova e dei conta que participei apenas na primeira edição. O percurso agora é diferente, mais sombrio na fase inicial e a relembrar a Amadora na segunda parte (pelo apoio popular em algumas ruas), algum sobe e muito desce! Já não há Alfeite, mas há a visão magnânima do Cristo-Rei, também ilustrada na camisola (bem bonita por sinal) e sobretudo no troféu da prova! Sempre bom rever Amigos da corrida! Medal Monday: em Setembro, tinha contado a história das duas participações nas Comrades virtuais. Não tinha feito menção que ainda não tinha recebido a medalha da Half Comrades (45K) do ano passado. 10K Descobrimentos: prova superada! E na primeira M48, um sub-50! Depois do resultado na meia de Lisboa e tendo abrandado nos treinos, a melhor opção foi ter optado pela distância mais curta. A semana não foi brilhante em termos de treinos e de dieta, aliada à tristeza da tarde de ontem pelo desaparecimento prematuro do Pedro Gonçalves. Felizmente a partida de uma prova faz esquecer o que nos rodeia. O foco é no ritmo e na forma (ou se calhar não e pensei no Pedro e muito na Inês). Ao km2, achei que valia a pena tentar ir abaixo dos 5’ e protelar o mais possível. Face ao calendário de Dezembro, esta era provavelmente a prova mais acessível para conseguir um sub-50. E deu! Milha de Queijas: prova superada! Excelente iniciativa do 1.* Dezembro e da Sandra Teixeira, a reavivar o espírito do Troféu de Oeiras! Muita gente nas ruas de Queijas a apoiar! Bom fazer provas com apoio do público e reencontrar caras conhecidas! Corrida extremamente rápida, como dizia ao José Moreira, a típica prova-coelho “vai ser bom, não foi?” 😂 Adorei! Corrida da Água: prova superada! Era para estar hoje na meia maratona de Évora, mas a saúde da Inês não tem dado tréguas. Semana apenas com 2 treinos e prova. Não deu para mais e a dose do fim de semana passado deixou marcas. Hoje era apenas suposto “visitar o aqueduto” mas acabei por fazer um treino mais rápido do que tinha previsto, apesar de nunca me ter sentido “confortável”. Valeu pela presença na décima edição desta prova, com o percurso agradável do costume. Provavelmente irei redefinir objectivos para os próximos tempos. Meia Maratona de Lisboa: prova superada! Entre “visitas a médicos” da Inês durante este fim de semana, falhei ontem a Luso 7K mas consegui encaixar a meia onde tudo começou! Há 10 anos fiz a primeira meia aqui. Hoje foi a 36@! Antes da prova, deu para o convívio com o grande @pedro_sanguino e o companheiro habitual destas andanças, Paulo Amorim! 4@fundo represent! :p Partida meio caótica com acelerações e desacelerações constantes. Demorei um pouco até encaixar o ritmo que pretendia, sendo rápido demais (para o momento actual) no início sabia que ia pagar a factura na parte final, com juros da brincadeira de sexta à noite :) O Paulo ainda acelerou mais e também pagou o seu quinhão na parte final. Deu para nos cruzarmos com o fantástico @jacob_kiplimo a caminho do seu recorde mundial! Eu bem dizia, Paulo! Ia com ritmo para recorde ;) Até aos 15, consegui manter o ritmo (abaixo do que tinha projectado), depois foi conter danos e cerrar os dentes! No final, menos 3’20 que Cascais! Melhor marca dos últimos anos! Nada mau para quem esteve “parado” tanto tempo! Ainda deu para ir puxando por caras conhecidas, sobretudo @rbrunning !Em modo revivalista, recuperei a camisola RB das maratonas de Sevilla e Amsterdam, que tão gratas recordações me deu! Obrigado sempre, Rita Borralho! Alguém que acreditou em mim em 2012, quando “não devia voltar a correr, nem na passadeira”! E obrigado sempre, Paulo! Corrida Dom Dinis: prova superada! Depois de mais uma semana “al Dante”, decisão à última da hora com o grande vovô Paulo Amorim! Não houve treino de manhã, treinaríamos ao final do dia no aniversário de Odivelas. E valeu bem a pena! Um gosto partilhar kms com o meu Amigo Paulo, o mais antigo companheiro de armas da corrida! Boa conversa e bom treino durante o percurso que deixou de ser o tobogã habitual para ser um pouco mais plano. No final ainda apertámos um pouco o ritmo, estragando provavelmente a prova de domingo, para acabar em beleza nos 10k mais rápidos do ano! Puro divertimento! E ainda deu para mais uma conversa com o Amigo José Costa Alves! Corrida Dom Dinis: prova superada! Depois de mais uma semana “al Dante”, decisão à última da hora com o grande vovô Paulo Amorim! Não houve treino de manhã, treinaríamos ao final do dia no aniversário de Odivelas. E valeu bem a pena! Um gosto partilhar kms com o meu Amigo Paulo, o mais antigo companheiro de armas da corrida! Boa conversa e bom treino durante o percurso que deixou de ser o tobogã habitual para ser um pouco mais plano. No final ainda apertámos um pouco o ritmo, estragando provavelmente a prova de domingo, para acabar em beleza nos 10k mais rápidos do ano! Puro divertimento! E ainda deu para mais uma conversa com o Amigo José Costa Alves!
