Troféu Localidades Oeiras - Linda-a-Pastora: prova superada! Final de Troféu, final de época desportiva e fim de semana que devia ter provas a triplicar. Não aconteceu. Challenge 3000, com muita pena minha, começou atrasado e tive de abandonar em plena partida para não falhar a festa de final de ano lectivo da Inês :) Pinhal Novo Night Run, também não deu para participar. Marginal à Noite: prova superada! Prova que faz parte do meu imaginário, porque acompanhei o seu nascimento e crescimento. Hoje fiquei um pouco desiludido. O melhor: encontrar o meu Pai em Caxias! O que não gostei: organização deficiente nas caixas de entrada, com indicações erróneas e grande estrangulamento (nem parece que vivemos uma pandemia). Posteriormente, nunca passei tanta “elite e fast runners” até meio da prova. Parecia uma Marginal à noite de há 10 anos. Depois, encontrei o Maior e “desliguei” :) Também discordo da alteração do percurso, com entrada no paredão de Oeiras, com zonas sem qualquer iluminação e com natural afunilamento e algumas quedas. Espero que ninguém se tenha magoado a sério. Às vezes, basta manter as coisas simples para não estragar. Milha urbana São Domingos de Rana: prova superada! Não há duas, sem três :) três provas em três dias! Hoje estreia no Troféu de Cascais. Ainda moído do final de dia de ontem, quase sem aquecer mas deu para fazer uma boa prova e com ritmo bem aceitável! Deu ainda para reencontrar a família maravilha do @armindosantos_ que ainda ontem esteve também na Nazaré, o @pedro.msilva.ferreira dos RB e o grande Ultra @carlos.mendes1968 ! Milha urbana São Domingos de Rana: prova superada! Não há duas, sem três :) três provas em três dias! Hoje estreia no Troféu de Cascais. Ainda moído do final de dia de ontem, quase sem aquecer mas deu para fazer uma boa prova e com ritmo bem aceitável! Deu ainda para reencontrar a família maravilha do @armindosantos_ que ainda ontem esteve também na Nazaré, o @pedro.msilva.ferreira dos RB e o grande Ultra @carlos.mendes1968 ! Extraordinário atleta e uma pessoa fantástica! @corrida_nazare : prova superada! UAU! Fazer uma prova onde passei muitos verões da minha infância/adolescência é sempre especial! No século anterior a McNamara e ainda antes de existir o porto de abrigo (por onde passa esta prova), tantas e tão boas recordações! Hoje o dia também foi especial, com direito a recorde do ano! Condições excepcionais para a prova, quase sem vento, excelente organização, muita gente a apoiar e muitos atletas a virem de Lisboa para a prova (eu incluído)!🙂Há mais malucos, do que imaginava! 😂 No final, um Sub-50 bem saboreado, com direito a bola de Berlim (cortesia igualmente da organização) e um pôr do sol à antiga! Nazaré, obrigado! Nunca desiludes! Grande Prémio de Atletismo Estádio Nacional - Troféu Localidades Oeiras: prova superada! Dia de Portugal 🇵🇹 dia de Estádio Nacional! Mais uma volta no carrossel paraíso! :) Regresso ao Troféu de Oeiras e logo na prova mais emblemática! Adoro correr em “casa”! Montes de Amigos, alguns ainda deu para tirar fotos. Quanto à prova, esta malta está a andar muito! 😂 Partida rapidíssima e depois foi conter danos, tentando não baixar demasiado. 3.ª Corrida de Atletismo de Queluz e Belas – Prémio José Araújo (Troféu Sintra a Correr): prova superada! Mais uma prova, desta vez em homenagem ao grande atleta português José Araújo, que ainda tive a felicidade de conhecer em 2010, através do Joaquim Ferreira, pai do meu grande Amigo Pedrito. Prova bem engraçada, com passagem dupla pelo “circuito da Quintinha” que tantas vezes fiz com os @rbrunning ! Hoje não estava com boas sensações, mas aguentei-me e na segunda parte ainda deu para passar uns quantos :) No final voltei a reencontrar o Luis Ginja, a quem estou sempre grato!
