Hoje tive a felicidade de acompanhar o Alex @botalambra mais uns minutos, na sua epopeia do Extremo Ocidental. O treino foi na margem sul, a fazer lembrar os belíssimos treinos que fazia com o Pedrito, Karnazes da Charneca. :) Comecei um pouco mais cedo mas não tanto quanto desejava e até atrasei a comitiva. Tinha previsto fazer parte do meu treino antes da “partida oficial” na Trafaria, às 07, mas deu apenas para 6 kms, a queimar o horário previsto. Obrigado a todos por terem esperado uns minutos. Fiz apenas mais 8k com este pessoal amigo do Vara Trail que acompanha o Alexandre no seu percurso de hoje (Trafaria-Cabo Espichel), porque tinha prometido à Inês que estava em casa antes dela acordar :) sempre bom lembrar o apoio fundamental da @andreial77 nesta empreitada fantástica do Alex: “you’ll never run alone!
