Corrida da Água: prova superada! Era para estar hoje na meia maratona de Évora, mas a saúde da Inês não tem dado tréguas. Semana apenas com 2 treinos e prova. Não deu para mais e a dose do fim de semana passado deixou marcas. Hoje era apenas suposto “visitar o aqueduto” mas acabei por fazer um treino mais rápido do que tinha previsto, apesar de nunca me ter sentido “confortável”. Meia Maratona de Lisboa: prova superada! Entre “visitas a médicos” da Inês durante este fim de semana, falhei ontem a Luso 7K mas consegui encaixar a meia onde tudo começou! Há 10 anos fiz a primeira meia aqui. Hoje foi a 36@! Antes da prova, deu para o convívio com o grande @pedro_sanguino e o companheiro habitual destas andanças, Paulo Amorim! 4@fundo represent! :p Partida meio caótica com acelerações e desacelerações constantes. Demorei um pouco até encaixar o ritmo que pretendia, sendo rápido demais (para o momento actual) no início sabia que ia pagar a factura na parte final, com juros da brincadeira de sexta à noite :) O Paulo ainda acelerou mais e também pagou o seu quinhão na parte final. Deu para nos cruzarmos com o fantástico @jacob_kiplimo a caminho do seu recorde mundial! Eu bem dizia, Paulo! Ia com ritmo para recorde ;) Até aos 15, consegui manter o ritmo (abaixo do que tinha projectado), depois foi conter danos e cerrar os dentes! No final, menos 3’20 que Cascais! Melhor marca dos últimos anos! Nada mau para quem esteve “parado” tanto tempo! Ainda deu para ir puxando por caras conhecidas, sobretudo @rbrunning !Em modo revivalista, recuperei a camisola RB das maratonas de Sevilla e Amsterdam, que tão gratas recordações me deu! Corrida Dom Dinis: prova superada! Depois de mais uma semana “al Dante”, decisão à última da hora com o grande vovô Paulo Amorim! Não houve treino de manhã, treinaríamos ao final do dia no aniversário de Odivelas. E valeu bem a pena! Um gosto partilhar kms com o meu Amigo Paulo, o mais antigo companheiro de armas da corrida! Lisboa Green Trail: prova superada! Maravilha de treino, pelo pulmão de Lisboa! Parabéns à @werun.pt pela organização. Prova muito bem marcada em todo o percurso. Hoje o desejo era apenas chegar ao fim e conseguir fazê-lo antes do pôr do sol, por causa do estado dos olhos. Eu sei, ouvido, olhos… a pdi está a rebentar comigo :p Objectivo atingido! Diverti-me imenso, o que é um luxo nos dias que correm. A corrida dá este poder de abstracção de tudo o que nos rodeia. E Monsanto facilita ainda mais a coisa. Lisboa Green Trail: prova superada! Maravilha de treino, pelo pulmão de Lisboa! Parabéns à @werun.pt pela organização. Prova muito bem marcada em todo o percurso. Hoje o desejo era apenas chegar ao fim e conseguir fazê-lo antes do pôr do sol, por causa do estado dos olhos. Eu sei, ouvido, olhos… a pdi está a rebentar comigo :p Objectivo atingido! Meia maratona de Cascais: prova superada! Se as contas não falham, esta foi a minha 35.@ prova na distância! A primeira foi há 10 anos, na meia maratona de Lisboa. O dorsal de então: 1973, ano do meu nascimento. Curiosamente, desde 2017 que não fazia uma meia e essa última tinha sido… Cascais! O dorsal de hoje: 73! :) Em jeito de nostalgia, recuperei os velhos Brooks Launch da primeira geração. Têm um pormenor engraçado: os atacadores dizem Dig Deep! É o que tenho feito! Excelentes condições para a prova, com a qualidade de sempre da organização da @hms_sports1 ! Hoje a ideia era tentar sub-2, mesmo com tanta variável a contribuir em sentido contrário ao longo destes últimos tempos, mas estava mesmo determinado a fazer a melhor prova do ano! E assim, foi! Objectivo amplamente superado! E com o prémio adicional de ter partilhado bons momentos com o meu Amigo Rui e ainda com o Paulo Amorim!
